This is the sign up for one session a week on Team Up Training, Saturdays at 6.15pm starting on 14th May 2022. 12 weeks long with progress every step of the way. Team Up Training is our group training course helping you to become a better version of yourself week after week. Taught in groups of 10, we collaboratively work together to improve your knowledge of fitness and nutrition, your strength and of course your fitness. These will be taking place in person at Team Up Training and we're pleased to announce that we've launched online sign ups!
