Team Up is Turn Up Trainings very own group training service and is brought to you with 2 main areas in mind. Exercise quality and exercise consistency. We believe that with these two foundations in place, through our Team Up timetable we are able to provide you with the best group training service possible.
Exercise classes can often become fast paced and low on quality leading you to an inefficient workout. Our 45-minute classes never stray from high quality exercises and the highest quality coaching, meaning we ultimately maximise your potential every session!
Team Up is perfect for those of you who want to train in an upbeat group atmosphere whilst still receiving top level coaching and results.
We have 3 different classes across our timetable all focusing on different things, take a look below and see which one is best for you!
Circuits – Our circuits classes are based on ‘supersets’ (two exercises grouped together) and incorporate as much equipment as possible. ‘Supersets’ are viewed as the most effective way to train to maximise results in a short period of time. Applying this principle to our circuits class means we can deliver the best possible workout in a highly motivating group atmosphere. This class is perfect for beginners. (45 minutes)
The Athlete – Life’s a sport, you’re the athlete.
This class will help you develop the strength and fitness needed to power through our increasingly demanding modern lifestyles. With short rest periods and intense intervals this ‘single station’ (you have your own workout station) workout mixes both weights and interval based cardio to get you sweaty, strong and very athletic! (40 minutes)
Liftwell – Technique. Confidence. Strength.
This slower paced, hands-on coaching class will teach you everything you need to know about lifting weights. Modern research has shown how beneficial it is to lift weights and this class will bridge the gap between research and application. Together we will make sure you learn proper technique, which in turn will give you the confidence and strength to lift, and lift well. Whether you want to learn new skills or improve them for training alone, this class is perfect for you. (45 mins)
Memberships - AVAILABLE SOON
Tier 1 - £28 per month = 1 class per week (£7 per class)
Tier 2 - £48 per month = 2 classes per week (£6 per class)
Tier 3 - £60 per month = 3 classes per week (£5 per class)
All memberships are paid on a monthly Direct Debit

Over 10 years experience in the fitness industry has led me to be in a position in which I can proudly offer Turn Up Training as a platform designed with the simple aim of helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Successfully managing a leading leisure club, inducting hundreds of people into fitness and working side by side with clients of all ages and abilities has embedded the belief that through simple, realistic and effective training in a fun and friendly atmosphere anyone can change their life for the better.
